Privacy & Policy

Advance Booking & Payment Policy

To confirm your tour package, a part payment is required in advance. This helps us secure your hotel bookings, cab services, and other travel arrangements.

💳 Advance Payment Options

✔ Standard Booking Confirmation

  • 50% of the total package cost must be paid as advance to confirm your booking.

  • The remaining 50% will be collected on arrival at the destination.

✔ Early Token Booking Option

  • You can also confirm your tour by paying 25% of the total package cost as a token amount if your travel date is more than 15 days away.

  • This 25% token amount is strictly non-refundable.

  • The next 25% must be paid at least 7 days before your travel date.

  • Failure to clear the second installment will result in automatic cancellation of the tour.

  • The remaining 50% will be payable on arrival.


📄 Important Travel Confirmation

All travelers must carry their booking confirmation letter during the trip.
This letter contains important information such as:

  • Confirmed hotel details

  • Cab and driver information

  • Emergency service contact numbers


💰 Process of Making Advance Payment

Advance payment can be made through the following secure modes:

  • Net Banking

  • NEFT / RTGS / IMPS

  • UPI Transfer

Once the payment is done, please share your transaction details with our team to receive your official booking confirmation letter.

Cancellation & Amendment Policy

If a client wishes to cancel or amend their tour booking for any reason whatsoever — including personal emergencies such as illness, accident, death, or failure to clear pending payments — the following terms will apply:

📌 Cancellation Charges

  • The company reserves the full right to recover applicable cancellation charges from the client.

  • All cancellation requests must be communicated in writing (via email or WhatsApp).

  • Advance / token amounts are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.

📌 Non-Payment Policy

  • Failure to clear the pending balance payment within the given timeline will result in automatic cancellation of the booking.

  • Cancellation charges will be applicable in such cases.


💼 Right to Modify Package Cost

The company reserves the full right to revise or change the package cost in the following cases:

  • Increase in hotel tariffs

  • Rise in transportation charges

  • Government taxes or fuel price hikes

  • Any change in service provider costs

Any such changes will be applicable to confirmed bookings as per revised tariffs.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations are subject to the following charges, calculated on the total tour cost:

⚠️ Important Notes & Travel Conditions

  • All sightseeing and tour packages are strictly subject to weather conditions and local situations.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sightseeing plans in case of monument closures, road conditions, or unfavorable weather to ensure the smooth execution of tours.

  • The company shall not be responsible for cab or bus cancellations caused by breakdowns, bad weather, or natural calamities, and no refund will be applicable for the same.


🏨 Hotel Information

  • Hotels in Himachal are categorized based on location, services, and costing, not according to star ratings (1★, 2★, 3★, etc.).

  • Facilities and service standards in hill destinations may differ from those in metropolitan and developed cities.

  • Standard category rooms will be provided unless otherwise mentioned in the quotation.

  • If selected hotels are unavailable due to service factors or being sold out, similar or higher category hotels will be arranged. Any upgrade difference must be paid directly by the guest.


⏰ Check-in / Check-out & Meals

  • Standard hotel check-in time: 12:00 PM

  • Standard hotel check-out time: 11:00 AM

  • Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and must be settled directly with the hotel.

  • Breakfast is provided as per the number of nights booked and is not served on the day of arrival.

  • Meals must be taken within hotel-specified timings. No refund will be given for any unutilized meals.

  • Mineral water is not included unless specified.


🚕 Transportation Terms

  • Transportation is provided strictly as per the tour program and not on disposal basis.

  • Any extra usage beyond the itinerary will be charged additionally.

  • Cab services are available till 11:50 PM. Late-night usage will incur extra charges.

  • During snowfall or difficult terrain, if the assigned cab cannot access certain locations, 4×4 vehicle charges must be paid directly by the guest unless mentioned in the quotation.


🌧️ Force Majeure & Liability

  • The company shall not be responsible for changes, losses, injuries, or damage to life/property caused by unforeseen events such as floods, earthquakes, landslides, political or social disturbances, strikes, roadblocks, riots, or any natural calamity.

  • No refund or exchange will be provided for unused accommodation, missed meals, sightseeing, or transportation services due to such uncontrollable situations.


📌 General Terms

  • Tour costs may vary depending on the number of travelers. Any additional cost arising due to unforeseen circumstances will be payable by the client.

  • Packages can be customized as per customer requirements.

  • The advance amount paid remains valid for up to 2 years, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
