Day 1 : Arrival in Gangtok

Upon arriving at the Bagdogra Airport, our tour manager will welcome you and help you transfer to Gangtok. The journey takes around 5 hours and is incredibly scenic. Check in to your hotel and spend some time relaxing and exploring places around the neighbourhood.

Spend the night in Gangtok.

After breakfast, head out to explore the city. Some of the places you will explore today include Tsongmo Lake, Hanuman Tok, Ganesh Tok, Do Drul Chorten, Sikkim Himalayan Zoological Park, Enchey Monastery, and the Pal Karma Zurmang Shedup Chokhor Ling Lingdum Monastery.

Return to your hotel in the evening to spend the night in Gangtok.

After breakfast, you will head to Banjhakri Falls and Energy Park. Water falls from over 40 feet, cascading down with a lot of force, bringing water from the mountains higher up.

Some places you will explore include the Research Institute of Tibetology, the Flower Exhibition Centre, the Directorate of Handicraft and Handloom, and the many flea markets.

Later, check out of the hotel and head to Kalimpong. Check in to your hotel and spend the night in Kalimpong.

Today, spend the day exploring Kalimpong. Some of the attractions you will visit include Delo Park, Kalimpong Science Centre, Mangal Dham Temple, Pine View Nursery, Geden Tharpa Choling Monastery, Lepcha Museum, the Zang Dhok Palri Monastery, and the Durpin Monastery.

Later in the evening, head to Darjeeling. Check in to the hotel and spend the night in Darjeeling.

Today, you will explore Darjeeling. Some of the places you will explore include the Kanchendzonga Peak, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop, the Padmaja Naidu Himalayan Zoological Park, the Japanese Temple, the Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, Tenzing, and Gombu Rock. Don’t miss riding the Darjeeling ropeway and the toy train to local places like Siliguri and Pankhabari.

Spend the night in Darjeeling.

After breakfast, head to the Mirik Lake, a beautiful lake with the enormous Kanchenjunga mountains in the backdrop. Spend time shopping in Pashupati Nagar and horse riding along Mirik Lake.

Get back to Darjeeling to spend the night at the hotel.

Today, check out of the hotel and head to Bagdogra Airport to catch your flight home.
