Day 1: Munnar

Upon arrival at Kochi, our tour manager will help you transfer to Munnar. The journey takes around 5 hours and is famous for its lush scenery. After checking in, spend some time relaxing at the hotel. Later, head out to continue your Munnar sightseeing.

You will visit Devikulam, Mattupetty Dam, and Anaimudi Peak. After exploring these places, you will return to your hotel and spend the rest of the evening at leisure.

After breakfast, head to Rajamalai Hills to visit the Eravikulam National Park, the first national park in Kerala and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Later, head to Nyayamakad, famous for its waterfalls, Echo Point, Kundala, and the Malankara Reservoir.

Spend the night in Munnar.

After breakfast in the morning, head to Thekkady to visit the Periyar National Park. This famous elephant and tiger reserve also features endemic animals like the nilgai and langur. Check in to your hotel before moving to the national park. Don’t miss Periyar Lake, where you can go on a boat ride to observe water birds from close quarters.

Spend the night at a Thekkady lodging.

After a sumptuous breakfast, head to the Mangala Devi Temple to seek blessings from Kannagi Devi. The temple is believed to have been built in the 1st century by Cheran Chenguttavan. You will also visit Kumily and Vandiperiyar.

Return to your lodging to spend the night in Thekkady.

After a breakfast bouquet, travel to Kochi to catch your train/flight as your Kerala holiday package comes to a memorable end.
